ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.40 of 2013, dated 15.07.2013 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case has been registered in Crime No.40 of 2013, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C, so far, investigation has not been completed, even after the lapse of seven years.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai as "further action dropped" and the R.C.S notice has also been served upon the petitioner.

4.But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not yet received the R.C.S notice so far. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall get a copy of the report from the Additional Public Prosecutor Office and to work out his remedy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
