O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 09.02.2026 and 16.03.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made a representation dated 16.03.2026 seeking action against the illegal cattle shed and encroachments allegedly put up by the third respondent. However, as the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed 2/5

the present writ petition before this Court.

5. The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
