ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent and his police officials to not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted in History Sheet No.83 of 2016. He further submitted that there are five previous cases are pending against him in Thuckalay Police station; (i) in Crime No.522 of 2008 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324 of IPC (ii)in Crime No.720 of 2009 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 323, 506(ii) of IPC (iii)in Crime No.580 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC (iv) in Crime No.504 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 323, 427, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC and (v) in Crime No.532 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 427, 447 of IPC. He further submitted that the respondent police has issued summons to initiate proceedings under Section 107 of the 2/4

Code of Criminal Procedure and the petitioner is now absconding and evading. The said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
