ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.9830 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an bail application before this Court on 10.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9830 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 20.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said anticipatory bail order, Condition No.6(d) as follows: ''(d). The petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30p.m. until further orders.''
3. He further submits that the petitioner is pursuing first year of B.Com., at Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi, and imposing such condition against the petitioner would be detrimental to his education. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is the case of murder. Moreover, this petitioner has not complied the said order even for single day. Hence, he strongly objected to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
5. Considering the fact that this petitioner has not complied the order of this Court even for single day and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to allow this present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
