ORDER:- This Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the order dated 12/09/2023 in C.R.P. (MD). No.2691 of 2018 and the letter D.No.136, dated 30/01/2024 from the IV Additional District Judge(FAC), Madurai, this Court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'. 2.In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam and the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, have submitted their reports, wherein the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam has stated that the entire case records in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2010 are now available 1/3

in the II-Additional Sub Court, Madurai, rectifying the defects pointed out by the Records Section.

3. The learned II-Additional Sub Court, Madurai in his report has stated that since Ex.R.2 is found missing, already issued directions to the concerned staffs to trace out the missing document Ex.R.2.

4. As already pointed out, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, has sought for three months further time for disposing the case. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant three months further time to dispose of the case.

5. Accordingly, the learned learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, is hereby directed to dispose of the case in HMCMA.No.68 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned II-Additional Sub Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the entire records immediately.
