2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying the conditions regularly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed. The petitioner has to comply the condition, which is imposed upon him at least for one month.
