Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he sought for some information from the third respondent. Even though information was furnished, but the third respondent did not furnish the required information. Hence, he filed an appeal before the first respondent on 20.06.2016. The above said appeal is still pending with the first respondent. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.Since the appeal is pending before the first respondent from 20.06.2016, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
