(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the alleged encroachment of respondent No.3.

2.From the affidavit filed by respondent No.2, it appears that the land in question, encroached by respondent No.3, comes within the jurisdiction of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Manjalar Basin Division, Periyakularm Taluk, Theni District.

3.In such view of the matter, we direct the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Manjalar Basin Division, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, to take appropriate action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
