SUB A(MD) No.290 of 2021 upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.D.RAMYA, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel takes notice for the first petitioner/first contemnor and Mrs.D.Ramya, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent/petitioner.
2. This Sub Application has been filed by the petitioners/contemnors seeking six months time for reporting compliance of the order passed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners/contemnors seeks four weeks time to comply with the order of this Court. 4.In view of the above, four weeks time is granted to comply with the order of this Court. However, it is made clear that in case, the petitioners/contemnors fail to comply with the order passed by this Court, a statutory notice will be issued against them on the next hearing date.
