Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUMANI.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, vide Judgment dated 05.10.2021 in S.C.No.278 of 2019, he has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
