Respondents in both petitions PRAYER:Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and their subordinates to forbear from dispossessing or evicting the petitioners from their respective shops situated in Sivagangai Municipality without following due process of law, natural justice and terms of the lease agreement.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.S.Sasikumar (In both petitions) For Respondents : Mr.S.Kumar, (In both petitions) Additional Government Pleader for R.1 and R.3 Mr.P.Srinivas for R.2 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from dispossessing or evicting the petitioners from their respective shops situated in Sivagangai Municipality.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on all sides.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been reported by the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of these petitions, an order came to be passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, in this subject matter. He further submitted that the petitioners are now inclined to challenge the same, for which they require the said order copy, which has not been communicated to them.

4. Such being the case, the respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the subsequent order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, in this subject matter, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioners to file appropriate petition, challenging the same.

5. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
