ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 9201/2026 dt. 06.05.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition from 06.05.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months, and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
