ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report in connection with Crime No.364 of 2015, dated 12.08.2015, within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner herein is the first accused in the above said crime, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, and 506(ii) I.P.C. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the lapse of six years, the final report has not been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed B.L. Degree and he is not in a position to enroll his name as an Advocate.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready and the same will be filed, after completing the formalities.

5. Since the investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready, the respondent herein is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
