ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 31.01.2022,28.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. K.M.Priscilla Jancy , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.Albert James Government Advocate, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender to the petitioner as before Principal District and Sessions (Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, PCR), Madurai as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5361 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1708 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not surrender before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
