Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10512 of 2022 on 06.07.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioners it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
