In terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.10061 to 10064 of 2025, dated 1/8

08.04.2025, the parties have entered into a compromise and the husband had paid an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) to the credit of the wife as one time settlement and the same has been entered into a settlement.

2. The settlement agreement has been arrived before the Mediation Center attached to this Court and the same is placed before me. The scanned copy of the settlement agreement is extracted as follows:
