ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and executable order, dated 08.06.2022, passed in the application in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in Unnumbered A.S.No.... of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor.

2.The learned counsel for the first and second respondents would submit that the agreement between the third respondent and the BSNL has been closed. As on date, there is no proposal on the part of the second respondent to erect the tower in the disputed portion. Now the matter has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
