ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2019, which was filed to grant permission to conduct cultural program on 17.08.2019 in Arulmigu Sri Sarvasakthi Vinayagar Kovil at Kanniyankollai Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the the "Aadi Festival" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Aadal Padal" on 17.08.2019 at about 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. in temple namely Arulmigu Sri Sarvasakthi Vinayagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Kovil at Kanniyankollai Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the petitioner made a representation on 24.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking aforesaid relief.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
