Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SELVIN RAJESH, Advocate for M/S.DICTUM LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7907 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illness, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.7907 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7907 of 2023, dated 27.04.2023, is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
