2.The appellant has filed this civil miscellaneous appeal questioning the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.21 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court / Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambasamudram dated 13.02.2023. 3.This Court had granted interim stay on 18.10.2023. CMP(MD) NO. 11475 of 2024 claimants seek leave to withdraw the said amount which was deposited pursuant to the order of this Court.
