ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to take appropriate action to recover the property belongs to the Trust and consequently give adequate Police Protection to the Trust for conducting the Typewriting, Computer Classes and Tailoring Classes to students on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In the present Writ Petition there are two prayers one is with regard to recover the property belonging to the Trust and the another one is to grant Police protection. Even though the first relief is not maintainable, the complaint has been given stating that all the articles found in the place has been damaged and stolen away. Therefore, a case in Crime No.397 of 2021 has been registered. But, after that, no arrest has been made.

4. With regard to the second prayer is concerned, no proper representation is made and the complaint shows only the alleged criminal intimidation. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are indicating therein as the disputed premises. If they want police protection, representation must be properly sent by the petitioner, setting out the necessity. If the same is given the same may be considered by the official respondents on merits.

5. With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
