Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the 2nd Respondent to issue the Sub-Division Patta in respect of the Survey No. 263/11A-1A situated at Thekkattur Village, Arimalam Panchayat Union, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2016 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to issue the Sub-Division Patta in respect of the Survey No. 263/11A-1A situated at Thekkattur Village, Arimalam Panchayat Union, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2016 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he claims to be owner of the property in Sy.No.263/11A-1A, situated at Thekkattur Village, Arimalam Panchayat Union, Thirumayam Panchayat Union, Pudukkottai District. He filed an application before the second respondent to measure the property and issue patta on 21.10.2016 and he also paid necessary fees for the same. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the material documents carefully.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner filed an application along with necessary fee to measure his property and issue patta, the second respondent/Tahsildar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, is directed to survey the property of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other rival parties and issue patta with reference to the revenue documents and petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
