ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the anticipatory bail application was filed at a stage when the crime number was not known. Subsequently, FIR has been registered and the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail from the lower Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
