O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No.I, Dindigul to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.271 of 2019 dated 10.06.2022. 2.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered for the simple reason that the petitioner has got a statutory right under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to go to the Court concerned and file an application to recall the non bailable warrant given by the Court, on which the trial Court is required to consider the petition to be filed by the petitioner, if any, on merits. 3.With the above observation, this Petition is disposed of.
