ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not registered a case based on his complaint. The petitioner has an effective remedy under Cr.P.C. He can move the jurisdictional Magistrate for relief. As on date, the petitioner filed a petition. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. With this liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Magistrate, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
