ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.336 of 2020 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time. 2.The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant in Crime No.336 of 2020, based upon which, a case has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatty, on 23.12.2020 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.111 of 2021 and it is posted to 07.10.2021, for appearance of the accused.
