(MD)No.10155 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

BRIJESH KISHORE.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10155 of 2023 on 12.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. In this case trial has been commenced before the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram in S.C.No.10 of 2023.
