Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction of like directing the respondent not to register any document with regard to the property in Survey No. 93/10 of Thamaripadi Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District by consider the objections of the petitioner dated 29/10/2020. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.LAKSHMI PRASANNA, Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant interim direction to the first respondent not to register any document with regard to the property in Survey No.93/10 of Thamaripadi Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District pending disposal of the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WMP(MD) No.14970 of 2020 If the interim order is granted, it would amount to final relief. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant any interim order.
