ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner asserts that he is the exclusive owner of the petition mentioned property. He is aggrieved by the inclusion of the fourth respondent in patta. Seeking deletion of the fourth respondent's name from the revenue record, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Offier, karur. He wants the said appeal to be expeditiously disposed of. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits an in accordance with law within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the 2/4
matter. The first respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
