In view of the statement made by the Respondent in para 6 of the Counter-Affidavit dated 12.02.2022 that the Petitioner shall not be prevented from worshiping in the Pallivasal, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner, if he has any other grievance to pursue legal remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn recording the said clarification made. No costs.
