RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 7713 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. No. 8783 of 2022, dated. 07.07.2022 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.MP(MD)No.7713 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8783 of 2022 on 07.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is over. Final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken on cognizance in S.C.No.207 of 2021.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7713 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8783 of 2022 on 07.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner must appear before the concerned Court on the date of hearing.
