This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner for early disposal of O.S.No.393 of 2022 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Since this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is only for early disposal of the suit, the notice for the respondents is not required and is therefore dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, the first respondent/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.393 of 2022 before the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli for a direction to the defendants, i.e. the petitioner and the second respondent herein, to execute and register a Sale Deed in favour of the first respondent/plaintiff in respect of the suit properties as per the terms of the Sale Agreement dated 26.01.2022.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner/first defendant has filed her Written Statement on 09.01.2023 and the second respondent/second defendant has also filed his Written Statement on 16.03.2023 and however, the above suit was adjourned on various dates without any proper reasons and therefore, the petitioner/first defendant was constrained to file this Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No. Page No. 2 of 4

393 of 2022, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, by affording sufficient opportunities to the parties to put forth their contentions, expeditiously, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
