This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the summon bearing No.Nil dated 02.11.2020 issued by the second respondent in Crime No.41 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.1070 of 2020, dated 02.12.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and therefore, she would state that the matter has now become infructuous.
