This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the copy of wound certificate of the petitioner/Vanishri along with the charge sheet in C.C.No.20 of 2020 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur Taluk, Madurai District after collecting the same from Government Hospital, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that already the prayer sought for in this petition has been complied with by the second respondent by filing wound certificate along with charge sheet in C.C.No.20 of 2020 and same has been taken cognizance, which is pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.
