ORDER

The revision is filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Thirunelveli to expedite and complete the trial in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in GWOP.No.175 of 2020, pending on his file.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed GWOP.No.175 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thirunelveli, for declaration of the guardianship for minor children and he has also filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 for interim custody of the minor children and the same is pending for the 1 1⁄2 years without any progress. The custody of the minor children can be decided only after disposing the GWOP.

4. Hence, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Thirunelveli, to dispose of GWOP.No.175 of 2020, pending on his file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
