ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the representation, dated 08.06.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner only sent a representation, dated 08.06.2021, based upon which, the third respondent issued summon to the petitioner to appear before him, for completing the enquiry. He would further submit that the petitioner herein involved in seven previous cases and History Sheet opened in H.S.No.124 of 2019. 3.However, it is seen that after no complaint has been registered against this petitioner and no enquiry is conducted. However, the representation made by the petitioner is stated to be pending.

4. Since the petitioner has been summoned only in respect of his representation, the question of harassment at the hands of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14429 of 2021 third respondent may not arise. Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry.
