This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.NO.118 of 2017, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of trial in C.C.No.118 of 2017, the accused were acquitted and the case was disposed of on 20.09.2021. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
