Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to stop the setting up of Base Trans receiver station towers and installation of equipment of telecommunication networks in Survey No.568/15 at Paloor Village, Kottavilai, Vilavancode Taluk, presently situated in Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District by virtue of the 1st respondent's order issued under Application No.KKM22500072 based on the representation and objection given by the petitioner and other residents on 26.07.2022 with regard to the hindrance caused by the 4th respondent.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed installation of mobile phone tower in the petition mentioned land. According to the petitioner, the proposed installation will affect the interests of the residents of the locality. The first respondent has to take a call in the matter. The first respondent is 2/4

directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
