ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation pending in Cr.No. 64 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent agencies to conduct the investigation as expeditiously possible.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant, on whose complaint a case in Crime No.64 of 2024 was registered by the third respondent and since there is no progress in the investigation, seeking transfer of investigation from the fourth respondent to the third respondent, this petition came to be filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was closed as 'Further action dropped' and RCS notice was also served.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed.
