JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is pending for taking steps for the deceased first respondent. The matter was listed before me on 28.10.2022, 15.11.2022 and 22.11.2022. Again the matter was taken up for hearing today(07.12.2022). Even today, steps for the deceased R1 was not taken. There is no use in keeping the matter pending any further. 2.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for abated. No costs.
