ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.60 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate IV, Tirunelveli, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.2092 of 2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the contents of the the above said Charge Sheet.
