ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Mr.R.Sanjay Kumar, legal aid counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the reasons assailed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 260 days are not satisfactory and would therefore pray this Court to dismiss the present application.

3.Heard Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 3 and 4.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 260 days.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.

7.The Court places on record its appreciation for the commendable efforts of the legal aid counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, namely, R.Sanjay Kumar, for conducting the case diligently and providing valuable assistance to this Court. The High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench shall pay a total sum of Rs.10,000/- towards remuneration to the legal aid counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 for conduct of the case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without fail. 8.Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Legal Aid Committee for information.
