This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing first to third respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2021 & 19.09.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representations from the petitioner, enquiry conducted and case in Crime No.32 of 2022 on the file of the respondents police has been registered.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
