By this writ petition, the petitioner prayed for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider representation dated 13.04.2023 and issue patta in respect of Survey No.78B/3B of an extent of 1305 square feet.

2. Learned Government Advocate has placed on record written instructions to the effect that Patta No.3532 was issued in respect of the above mentioned survey number on 20.08.2023 as a joint patta. Consequently, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. By recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
