O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to pay just compensation a sum of Rs. 5,00,000 (five lakhs) formerly medical negligence caused by the 4th and 5th respondents, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation on 16.02.2023, seeking to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only), due to the medical negligence caused by the respondents 4 and 5. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
