ORDER
This petition is filed seeking police protection to the property situated in S.No.152/1 situated at Perumpacherry Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, on the basis of the representations dated 28.06.2021, 02.07.2021 and 06.07.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaints given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute, in respect of which, proceedings before the Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14404 of 2021 Divisional Officer, Ilayangudi, are pending.
3.Both the parties have entered appearance before the Enquiry Officer and gave an undertaking to the effect that they will workout their remedy in the proceedings pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ilayangudi. Based upon the undertaking given by both the parties, it was closed on 08.07.2021. 4.Since the complaints/representations made by this petitioner have been closed based upon the undertaking given by both the parties, depending upon the outcome of the enquiry of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ilayangudi, the petitioner can take further steps, if so required and he can give a fresh representation also, if necessity arises.
5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
