ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.55-2/2020/A7, dated 27.11.2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in the impugned notice, the petitioner was directed to execute bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties to keep good behaviour for one year and appear before the first respondent on 01.12.2020 and that the period has already been expired and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
