(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the petitioners.

2. Mr.T.R.Subramanian, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents leaves the matter to the Court for decision.

3. Though counter affidavit has been filed by R1, adopted by R2 and R3 as well, the same is more on the merits of the matter rather than on the reasons assigned for condonation of delay.

4. Para 11 of the condonation petition does not disclose any satisfying reasons for condonation of delay. However, since the respondents are lukewarm about their objections, delay is condoned on terms. Petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench within one week from today. 1/3

5. Let the writ appeal be numbered, if it is otherwise in order, once a memo of compliance is filed before the Registry.
