ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the criminal case registered against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and as on date there is no criminal case is pending against the petitioner. 2.There is no impediment for processing the petitioner's application. The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
