Heard Mr.I.Velpradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 5 and Mr.M.Thalaimutharasu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 in all these writ petitions. By consent of both sides, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Since the issue involved in these writ petitions and the respondents are same in all the writ petitions, they are taken up together for disposal.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, this Court is not inclined to go into the claims of the petitioners in detail.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion on the 3/6

merits of petitioners' representations or the contentions of the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
